This report has been drawn up in compliance with the GRI(Global Reporting Initiative) Standards 2021, the criteria for global sustainable management reports, and was written by reflecting the guidelines of SASB(Sustainability Accounting Standards Board), and the disclosure recommendations of the TCFD(Task Force on Climaterelated Financial Disclosures). In addition, in order to ensure the objectivity and transparent of the content, we have had this report verified by a third party from independent verification institution. As a member of a global citizen. POSCO Future M will strive to protect environment and address social issues, and will eternally continue to grow together with better world for humanity.

We publish the '2022 POSCO Future M Corporate Citizenship Report', which contains ESG management and financial performance in 2022. This report discloses the results of activities by ESG area promoted based on the corporate citizenship management philosophy, and contains the 2050 carbon neutral roadmap, Environmental management performance and supply chain shared growth performance.
For the first time, we introduced and analyzed the 'dodble materiality assessment' that considered not only environmental and social impacts but also financial immpacts, and better results and future management plans for major controversy issues were disclosed. POSCO Future M will continue to do its best to take the lead in realizing better world for humanity with eco-friendly future materials.
