POSCO FUTURE M maintains a stable, long-term cash dividend level (dividend settled once a year.)

We pay dividends after a resolution is made by the Board of Directors and an approval in a shareholders’ meeting pursuant to the Articles of Incorporation for enhanced shareholder value and returns. Dividend yield is decided through comprehensive consideration of the mid-term management plan, investment plans, financial structure, dividend stability, cash flow and others.
